Number 44 on Wine Spectator Top 100 Wines of 2004!

Pale straw with touches of green. Dominated by classic red capsicum, passion fruit and Cape gooseberry nose, supported with a hint of lime and a subtle herbaceousness. Intense ripe Sauvignon Blanc dominates. A full-flavored style with great balance and longevity.

This is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a good vintage; a wine to drink now but which, with careful cellaring, will last up to five years.

One word "yummy". This is a great example of a good Sauvignon Blanc. Wonderfully balanced with great fruit flavors. For someone who has never tried a Sauvignon Blanc this is a great start!
